TERMS: MasterCard, Visa, Discover and American Express are accepted for online purchases. When ordering by phone, 800-872-2627, we can also arrange for prepay by company check or Paypal. We do not have open accounts.

SHIPPING: We ship by ground UPS throughout the United States. Upon request we can ship by USPS or FedEx using your customer account. We do not offer products outside the United States.

SALES POLICY: Motorola radios are sold only to "end-users", reselling or 2-stepping is not permitted.

PROGRAMMING: Radios will be programmed to the frequencies/PL codes requested by the customer. Obtaining necessary licensing is solely the responsibility of the end-user. Programming of up to 16 channels on new radios at the time of purchase is free. (Trunking models will need to be programmed by your service provider.)

If you would like someone to handle the licencing procedure for you, we suggest you contact www.nationalicense.com, National Licensing Corp., 317-564-8018, to assist you with your licensing needs.

REPAIR TERMS: Radio repairs are covered by a 60-day Delmmar Repair Warranty from the date of initial paid repair. Flat-rate repair fee excludes: antenna replacement, battery replacement and/or charger replacement; repair or replacement of accessories or repair of physical or water damaged units. If for any reason your repair exceeds the flat rate, we will call you before proceeding.

NON-REPAIRABLES: There is no charge for a technician looking at a non-repairable radio, a nominal shipping/handling fee will be charged for customers wanting non-repairable units returned.

ESTIMATE ONLY FEE: $35 per unit. Only charged if customer chooses NOT to repair or replace a fully repairable radio at the advertised flat rate. Radios found to exceed the flat rate are excluded from this rule.

RETURNS: All internet and phone sales are final. No returns.

If you receive the wrong item, we will work with you to exchange your unused/unopened product for the correct item. Call our office during regular business hours, 800-872-2627 for assistance.

Note: We prefer you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. We would like to be your radio company for the long term. Please call us with any product related questions before placing your order. In the rare occurrence a return is accepted, it would be subject to a 15% restocking fee. Shipping charges are non-refundable. Special order items are non-returnable.
